Tripod Banners

The banners, made of albatross material and sized 180×60 cm, will be mounted on tripods and during the opening & closing ceremony (8th & 14th Sep 2025), the banners will be positioned on both sides of the stage.

Tent

Set up an exclusive 3x3m booth dedicated to selling and promoting your products. To help attract maximum crowd engagement, we will also use the booth for fun games and a Ticket to Ride competition.

5. Product Promotion in Vlog Competition & Event

Promote your brand and products through introductions featured in participants’ vlogs, and we also provide a dedicated session to showcase your brand and products.

Vlog Competition

Participants are invited to create a short vlog (max. 3 minutes) capturing their train journey to the exhibition—while creatively promoting your brand as part of their story. A total prize worth 5 million rupiah will attract over 30 participants with unlimited reach.

Capture maximum public attention by featuring your brand or product exclusively on a large banner facing the main road of Universitas Indonesia’s Depok campus.
